Description & Highlights
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a board eligible or boardcertified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physician to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck clinics.
- Outpatient urgent care only
- Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis and surrounding area
Clinics are open from 9:00am 9:00pm - Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)
- Lab and imaging services onsite
- Competitive compensation and benefit package
Licensure & Certifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
