Job Description
Cheval The Edinburgh Grand are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the front office team of our luxury serviced apartments.
As a Night Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a courteous efficient and friendly service to our residents whilst also maintaining the security of the residence. This is a very varied role which includes dealing with guest enquiries/arrivals and departures some administration work floor walks and keeping the front office area clean and tidy. This role involves working 8hour shifts on a four on four off rota basis.

- Have experience working night shifts
- Have a friendly professional and warm manner
- Can build excellent relationships with guests
- Have good computer skills
- Take pride in what you do
- Have a good knowledge of Edinburgh
- Have previous experience in a luxury service environment
