In our HRT (Heating and Refrigeration Technologies) division our proven comprehensive portfolio including heat pumps plays a crucial role towards the decarbonization of cities and the reduction of global CO emissions.
We are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual as Service Product Sales Support (m/f/d/x) to support our team in Berlin Dsseldorf or Hertogenbosch.
In this role you report to the Vice President Service Business Development within Central Service Organization (CSO).
Responsibilities / Tasks
Your objective is to optimally promote the service products to internal and external customers across business units of HRT ensuring efficient sales processes preferably via the GEA BluShop for GEA customers and contractors.
Thus enabling customers to find and create quotations & orders for the service products including the necessary spare parts and other consumables for GEA products.
The objective is to generate additional revenue from orders for service products spare parts service kits overhaul of the compressors and various retrofit solutions. It is necessary that he/she develops good contacts with the global service sales network and also supports them to proactively approach new potential customers to sell service products.
Additional tasks:
Accountability for business development and country sales plans for service products across Business Units of HRT globally
Coordinating and steering service product initiatives
Has Digital Mindset and can drive opportunities in Regions for Digital Portfolio of HRT
Provides market feedback to the service product management team
Driving best practice and implementing stateoftheart service products KPI reporting
Ensuring that Regions & Countries service organizations receive the necessary support from HRT Division factories business units around service products
Your Profile / Qualifications
University degree in engineering MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in developing and leading service organizations
Indepth knowledge of refrigeration technology market trends and competitor landscape
Strong expertise in business development change management and strategic planning
Having Digital background is also an advantage
Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills in international environment
High customer service orientation
Willingness to travel internationally to the other sites
English upper intermediate or higher German or Dutch is an advantage
