Geisinger a national leader in healthcare innovation and technology is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care trained physician for an exciting opportunity at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville Pennsylvania. There is also a strong sleep presence for those boarded in and who also want to practice sleep medicine.
At a Glance:
- 1 week ICU 12hour days 7 daysmostly days. Some swings/nights).
- 2 3 days off
- 1 week inpatient consults studies etc 8hour days 5 daysdays only). Call from home
- 2 weeks clinic 8hour days (volume: 1214 patients/day) Read PFTs (pulmonary function tests)
- Receive both clinical and academic titles upon start
- Teach residents fellows and medical students as well as participate in scholarly activities interdisciplinary programs committees and research
- Competitive compensation package with $30k start incentive
