Job Description
Superior Plus Propane is currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers educate and provide customers with information on our products and services and professionally and efficiently work with customers to resolve issues in a positive manner.
Candidate must reside in New York state.

What youll do:
- Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
- Contact customers to answer inquiries resolve concerns and create new business.
- Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests
- Employees may be required to work overtime hours when business needs require it.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- Five years of customer Service experience in a highvolume call center/customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word/Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Travel to 2 inperson meetings (spring & fall) with at least one overnight stay are mandatory. Bringing our remote team together for team building and training is imperative for the success of the team.
As a remote worker it is your responsibility to have adequate highspeed internet that works efficiently to support the various operating systems needed to perform in this position.
This role is for a Compressed Work Week
A Compressed Work Week will have the following work schedule: 4 x 8hour days in the warmest 6 months of the year (April September) and 4 x 10hour days in the coldest 6 months of the year (October March).
