Job Description
Metric are hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Fort Lauderdale Florida we are open to any level preferably from Engineering Construction Energy Water Industrial Life Sciences and Medical Technology sectors.
Were keen to bring on experienced recruiters who want to take ownership of their career and get highly rewarded with our market leading commission structure of up to 60. Dependent on what you want you can look to manage build a team or if youd rather not manage you can look to progress your career as a biller also were very open to what you want from a career.

We Offer You
- Commission: In addition to your base salary we offer you the best commission scheme and earning potential in recruitment with OTE earnings from $70000 $110000 in Year 1 $100000 $160000 in Year 2 and $140000 $200000 year 3.
