- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios including membership sales/renewals maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
- Build strong relationships with F45 members corporate businesses and local businesses
- Conduct in person goaloriented consultations with all trial members
- Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
- Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
- Manage entire sales process with management team
- Meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Drive client referral program
- Attend all staff and team lead meetings
- Coach on average 1822 classes per week
- Good communication skills
- Set up studio for next day
- Maintain and check equipment regularly
- 1year previous sales experience
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER with an ACCREDITED certifying body
- 12 year experience personal training group training preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detailoriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
