Location: Birmingham AL (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract34 Months (Extendable)
Job Description
Responsible for supporting the SCM SIPS team with vetting establishing and maintaining the 30k supplier master database in support of Southerns Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
This is a fast paced high volume transaction role which requires facilitating sensitive & confidential data interfacing with both internal and external customers and compliance with auditing controls and guidelines.
Potential candidate needs to be customer service oriented able to work independently and flexible to changes in responsibility to meet the needs of the team.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite excellent verbal & written communication skills ability to

We are currently hybrid remote Mon & Fri/In office TueWedThur. The expectation is that the chosen candidate will adhere to this hybrid model understanding that there may be more in office time during onboarding and training initially.
