Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior Technical Producer to join the development of a new IP.
Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highlyskilled developers to build something innovative exhilarating and expansively entertaining.
As a member of the production department youll be focused on creating and managing schedules tracking development and ensuring team deliverables are met on time and at quality. In this role there will be a focus on technical requirements and delivery on features.
As a member of the project youll help take the studio and our game from great to even betterwith a focus on inclusivity mutual respect (for ourselves and our players) thoughtfulness empathy professionalism and collaboration.
Youll help us by
Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of the delivery of game features and content from concept to completion often on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Collaborate with Directors and Leads to establish longterm feature schedules timeframes definitions and phase/sprint goals
Understand and effectively communicate project timeframe task target date and partner feedback to team members across the studio
Use game development knowledge and experience to predict identify and propose solutions for project risks and issues
Stay in constant communication with Leads and Directors to handle project expectations ensuring they are clear and realistic
Work with the teams to overcome problems improve product quality and stay on track
Supervise the health of features in a live environment and able to respond and make decisions in a timely manner
Coordinate meetings to facilitate communication among team members
Youre awesome because you have
Proven experience 7 years in Production or Project Management in the Games or Digital Content space
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead multiple teams
An understanding of the technical process of software development
A track record of helping ship software products in rapid development cycles
The ability to build regular reports of key actions and risks at different levels of detail
The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
Creativity in problem solving and a positive respectful teamfirst attitude
Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines
Comfort with selfcritique and accepting outside feedback
Bonus points for
Experience using Jira Confluence and Shotgun
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
