Job Description


  • الرد على المكالمات الواردة والتفاعل مع استفساراتالعملاء ومشاكلهم.
  • معالجة شكاوى العملاء بكفاءة والعمل على حلها بشكل مرضٍ.
  • توجيه العملاء إلى الأقسام أو الأشخاص المناسبين عندالضرورة.
  • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة الخاصة بخدمة العملاء.
  • العمل على تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء المحددة من قبل الإدارة،مثل زمن المكالمة ونسبة رضا العملاء.


  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.
  • Adhere to the companys customer service policies and procedures.
  • Strive to achieve performance metrics set by management such as call duration and customer satisfaction rate.







Requirements


  • السن : لايتجاوز 28 عام
  • قاطنى الجيزة القاهره شبرا الخيمه
  • مؤهل عالى(جامعى او معهد اربع سنوات)
  • 5 ايامعمل 9 ساعات متغيرين يتخللهم ساعه راحه)
  • مكان العملالعباسيه
  • تدريب مدفوعالاجر 15 يوم 5000 ج
  • تامين اجتماعىو صحى



  • Not to exceed 28 years.
  • Residence: Giza Cairo or Shubra ElKheima.
  • Education: University degree or fouryear institute diploma.
  • Working days: 5 days a week 9hour shifts with a 1hour break.
  • Workplace: Abbasia.
  • Paid training: 21 days 5000 EGP).
  • Social and health insurance provided.
