Description
Hire Resolves client is seeking a talented individual to lead a small but growing team as a Development Manager while still dedicating time to handson .NET development. Individuals with expertise in C# .NET ASP Rest API Blazor MVC JavaScript and strong SQL skills as well as Azure exposure are highly preferred. Team management experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development team to execute projects in the backlog.
- Assist in developing project plans and provide clear communication of status to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams third parties and stakeholders.
- Ensure the development process adheres to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain web applications and Rest APIs using C# JavaScript ASP Core MVC and SQL.
- Provide highlevel support for tierone client issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
- Help shape and plan the next strategic phase and evolution of the core business product development roadmap.
- Mentor junior staff and perform code reviews.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# ASP Core Blazor MVC and TSQL.
- Familiarity with AGILE development methodologies and the ability to multitask.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Azure and the fintech space is a plus.
