Job Summary
Provides organizational studies and evaluation support designs systems and procedures conducts work simplification and measurement studies and prepares reports procedures draft regulations guidelines briefings and related documentation to assist management.
Telework is supported at 25. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conducts organizational studies and evaluations designs systems and procedures conducts work simplification and measurement studies and prepares reports procedures draft regulations guidelines briefings and related documentation to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Performs data collection interviewing data modeling project testing and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Performs research and prepares and conducts business analyses and studies needs assessments requirements analysis/definition and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems solutions and initiatives. Develops analyzes evaluates advises on and or improves the effectiveness of management controls processes information and documentation systems and similar functions of management. Develops business methods for problem solving process change and solutions implementation ensuring enterprisewide integration. Identifies best practices assesses performance measurement and research collect and verify data and translates it into strategic and operational guidance. Guides and assists clients through a wide range of management and organizational and business improvement and modernization initiatives. Supports customer requirements for communication of organizational vision mission and strategy. Prepares background papers briefings and speeches; creates web and portal content; and performs similar organizational messaging activities. Supports customers in the development implementation and maintenance of strategy doctrine standards policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least five 5 years of general experience applying fundamental concepts processes practices and procedures. Must be able to assist in cybersecurity planning analysis development and promulgation of cybersecurity strategies. Must be able to research new and innovative means to measure and improve DoD CS compliance and identify compliance approaches employed by agencies and field activities.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a field related to tasking or an unrelated Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma and four 4 additional years of related experience.
