The Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager at AnyRoad you will play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships with our most valuable enterprise clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth maximizing customer retention and delivering strategic value to our partners. Leveraging your expertise in account management and knowledge of alcohol/CPG and consumer behavior trends you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients helping them unlock the full potential of AnyRoads experiential marketing solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills a customerfirst mindset and a proven track record of success in managing enterpriselevel accounts in the CPG/alcohol & spirits industry.

What Youll Do

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with enterprise clients serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans tailored to each clients business objectives ensuring alignment with AnyRoads value proposition.
    • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand usage and adoption of AnyRoads platform within existing accounts driving upsells crosssells and renewals.
    • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally providing insights and feedback to product development marketing and leadership teams to influence strategy and product roadmap decisions.
    • DataDriven Insights: Leverage AnyRoads analytics tools to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize their experiential marketing strategies.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Work crossfunctionally with Sales Customer Experience and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding adoption and satisfaction for your accounts.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue retention and expansion targets.

What Were Looking For

    • Experience: 68 years of account management account executive or customer success experience with a focus on enterprise accounts in the CPG/spirits industry.
    • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue growth and retention goals within a quotacarrying role.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with experiential marketing principles customer engagement strategies and datadriven marketing practices is highly preferred. Specific knowledge of or previous work experience with alcohol and CPG brands is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a knack for identifying strategic opportunities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) analytics platforms and other sales enablement tools.
    • Mindset: Resultsdriven customerfocused and proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
