General Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a selfmotivated thinker who is interested in working on the Partnerswide initiative Partners eCare. With the guiding principle of one patient one record one team one Partners statement this project will enable a seamless flow of clinical and administrative information about a patient anywhere within the Partners System and ultimately improve the quality and safety of care for our patients.

Under the supervision of the Training Manager and according to established policies and procedures the incumbent will serve as Project Analyst to the Partners eCare Training Center. This is a multifaceted role in which the Analyst will collaborate closely with training leadership both within the Partners eCare team and across Partners Healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the training team to coordinate logistics and requirements for PeC Training Center and sites using the center for golive and postlive training.
  • Act as liaison to site Training Logistics resources to coordinate enterprise Epic training programs
  • Work with all Training Managers on the team to coordinate CT programs
  • Development and maintenance of training logistics documentation including staffing and coverage schedules operations guide and progress tracking mechanisms
  • Supports project plan tracking and weekly status reporting for training logistics activities and estimates completion of work plans as well as outstanding work issues and risks on a weekly basis to the Training Manager.
  • Supports training content management staff to establish and maintain training content management processes
  • Supports the identification and development of processes and tools to address training questions during implementation and postlive
  • Contribute to and maintain posting of all training materials needed for printing and classroom activities.
  • Allocates and utilizes time efficiently.
  • Exhibits sound and accurate decision making and serves as an expert resource for training problem solving.

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Must have 3 years related experience.
  • Must have experience coordinating activities and small projects.

Working Conditions
Office setting with some local travel between Partners Healthcare sites.
As projects and priorities dictate must be available to work nonstandard business hours such as evening nights weekends and holidays if/when necessary.
