Job Description
Seeking energetic friendly and customercentric candidates for our Dining Room Server position!
We offer you Server pay starting at $5.45 per hour plus tips. With your tips received youll average anywhere from $13.00 $18.00 per hour or more depending on business levels and your upselling skills.
As a Server you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each others success in a fastpaced environment.
Servers are responsible for serving bussing and cashing out all orders in a specified section in a courteous friendly and efficient manner.
Shifts may starting as early as 7am. The Waters Edge closes daily at 2pm and reopens at 5pm 8pm Sunday Thursday and 5pm 9pm on Friday & Saturday for dinner service. Hours change during summer months.
Ideal candidates will be18 or older by start date and possess some hostess and/or serving experience in a fast paced high volume restaurant. Must be able to carry trays when serving meals. Requires lifting bending stooping pushing pulling and standing for long periods. Weekends & holidays required.
