Job Description
For one of our longterm multiyear projects we are looking for an Application Consultant Junior Hadoop/SparkScala out of Charlotte NC.
Design and develop a Data Processing application for RDBMS and Hadoop data using Java Spring boot Hive Spark Scala Rest API and related technologies.
Leveraging DevOps techniques and practices like Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment Test Automation Build Automation
Test Driven Development to enable the rapid delivery of working code utilizing tools like Jenkins Maven Git.
Essential skills:
25 years of Java/J2EE development solid experience; including programming and developing large volume backend data applications.
3 experience with Spark/Scala Hadoop Hive Java
Should have used Maven/Gradle Build tools GitHub.
Experience with cloud infrastructure support in mixed Linux and Windows environments.
Related banking industry experience in platforms banking applications or online financial solutions.
Strong knowledge of ObjectOriented Analysis and Design Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles
Familiarity with Agile engineering practices
