Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3

Salary: Up to 26000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
FullTime 40 hours per week

Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives This is an exciting opportunity to join a beautiful purposebuilt nursery with a large garden and thoughtfully designed facilities tailored to every childs age and stage. The nursery provides a joyful and nurturing environment where children thrive through engaging activities exploration and play.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will work closely with the team to create a safe stimulating and welcoming environment where every child feels supported and valued. Your care and expertise will ensure children have the best possible start in life building the foundations they need for school and beyond.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and caring approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.

Your DaytoDay

  • Deliver engaging ageappropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and support childrens development maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to their individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a consistent and highquality approach to care and learning.
