Job Description
- Take leading role throughout the investmentlifecycle starting from sourcing and of transactions to postclosingvalue creation and asset management tasks
- Develop frame analyze and execute valuecreation initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle in close collaborationwith external and internal management
- Take full ownership of managing participationsin our portfolio companies and assets with endtoend responsibility fordelivery of investor returns
- Responsible for the of the duediligence process structuring of potential debt financing and offtakeagreements valuations and coordination of advisors
- Negotiate key transactions building consensusand lead governance discussions with (industrial) partners portfolio companiesand sellers
Requirements
- Excellent academic background with completedstudies in business economics or engineering
- At least 57 years of investment experienceworking in the energy industry
- Significant experience of managing a highlymotivated team and comfortable managing complex deals/projects
- Strong network in the energy market with theability to originate and source deals
- Profound understanding and experience of M&Atransactions gained from a substantial track record of transactions
- Fluent German is a major benefit
