Job Description
Are you an experienced Dialysis RN seeking a fulfilling travel assignment Join TLC Nursing and provide lifechanging care to patients while enjoying competitive pay unique perks and the serene beauty of Vermont.
Weekly Pay Package
- $2250/week 36 hours)
- Flexible shifts: Mix of 8/10/12hour rotating shifts
Assignment Details
- Location: Chronic outpatient dialysis centers in:
- Rutland VT: 160 Allen St. Rutland VT 05701
- Berlin VT: 130 Fisher Rd. Barre VT 05602 (occasional Saturday shifts required)
- Schedule: MondaySaturday 6:00 AM8:00 PM
- Every other Saturday required
- No oncall shifts!
Responsibilities
- Deliver patientfocused care to chronic outpatient dialysis patients 1:9 ratio).
- Monitor dialysis treatments assess patient vitals and ensure safe highquality care practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR (recent experience required).
Requirements
- Certifications:
- BLS (required)
- Experience:
- Prior dialysis nursing experience strongly preferred
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Documentation:
- Complete work history including bed count EMR used facility type and any gaps over 30 days explained
Additional Notes
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (no public transportation available).
- Vehicles must have allseason or snow tires from November to April.
- No block schedules permitted.
