Job Opportunity: Banking Operations Process Executive
About the Client:
We are working with a CMMI level 4 client a global IT solutions company specializing in delivering simple and scalable solutions to address complex business problems. With more than 1500 staff they provide technical and domain expertise across multiple platforms and industries to help enterprise companies drive productivity efficiency and gain the most out of their technology investments.
Position: Process Executive
Location: Chennai
Level: PE
Job Description:
- Maintain and update customer account related information in client applications
- Work from office with attention to detail
- Manage the Banks branch requests and maintain relationships
- Action and respond to adhoc requests and escalations in a timely fashion
- Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers bank customers and prospects
- Willing to learn with limited training and have complete knowledge of client databases/applications designed by the company which are unique
- Meet/exceed the customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality & TAT
Requirements
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry
- General awareness of international banking products and services
- Open for Night shifts 6PM IST to 4AM IST) No rotational or Day Shift
- Location Chennai
