Summary
We are looking for a Development Engineer High Frequency Modules and Components (f/m/d) for the Frontend Electronics division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Frontend Electronics department is responsible for the development of compact transmitter/receiver modules MMICs and power amplifiers for stateoftheart radar EW and communication systems used in land ship and aircraft platforms as well as space applications. This includes the conception design production support integration and testing of complex highfrequency assemblies with analog and digital circuit components.
Development is carried out in close cooperation with the adjacent areas of hardware and system development in particular antenna and digital development as well as design.
Your Tasks
Design and development of modern assemblies for radar EW and communication applications in the highfrequency / microwave range according to the development process
Development of HF circuits assemblies and subsystems
Definition and specification of frontend subassemblies
Carrying out integrations verifications and tests of HF assemblies
Coordination of development work with other development departments program area purchasing production quality and configuration management
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of new technologies and participation in futureoriented scientific R&T projects
Creating requirements documents hardware architecture definitions circuit diagrams and layouts for PCBs or LTCCs
Developing innovative hardware concepts if necessary in collaboration with institutes research facilities and industrial partners
Simulation and analysis of RF and analog circuit components using relevant software tools
Documentation in accordance with specified standards guidelines and processes
Your Profile
Completed Masters degree in the field of electrical engineering electronics or comparable
Doctorate advantageous
Several years of experience in the field of highfrequency circuits and systems
Several years of experience with RF measurement technology as well as integration and testing of RF assemblies
Very good experience with software tools for RF circuit design
Experience in semiconductor chip design advantageous
Strong ability to work in a team as well as an independent and conscientious way of working
Flexibility and high level of commitment
Very good knowledge of German and English
