Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited institute of higher education. Demonstrated experience developing innovative initiatives and strategies to move institutions of higher education forward. Five years of demonstrated leadership experience. Five years of demonstrated experience in developing innovative strategies and initiatives relating to at least one of the areas of faculty and staff development resource maximization research and creative activities employee retention or technology. Knowledge of program assessment especially from an equity lens. Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive and equitable programming and practices that foster continued progress. Demonstrated ability to form collaborative relationships in an atmosphere of shared governance. Demonstrated ability to foster interdisciplinary intercollegiate and community partnerships and programs to advance college and university strategic goals. Excellent analytical written presentation and interpersonal communication skills that are adaptable to a diverse range of audience.
