About the Role:
As a Charge Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of nursing services and clinical nursing operations. You will also have clinical responsibility for risk management and utilization management processes. Our team is passionate about providing excellent care for our clients and employees and were looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leads nursing staff in the planning of care and implementation of the nursing process.
- Delegates tasks oversees and reviews work.
- Identifies staff development needs. Provides training and assistance.
- Serves as an active member of the interdisciplinary team to promote and ensure adjustment and continuity of patient care/programs.
- Minimum requirement: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- BLS certification required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
- RequiredIndiana State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Ability to operate an electronic health record the full suite of Microsoft Officeproducts and other clinically driven software and applications.
