Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Acts as a backup to the TG Manager and performs their job duties in their absence.
  2. Coaches mentors and advocates for Team Members as well as the Company.
  3. Supports Team Members in providing excitement and delivering world class service through excellent hospitality and customer service.
  4. Responsible for controlling labor costs through proper forecasting and scheduling of staff. Schedules staff to meet the demands of the business and makes adjustments if necessary.
  5. Auditions potential employees and makes recommendations to the Table Games Manager.
  6. Monitors Table Games activity and customer play to protect the integrity of the games and safeguard casinos assets.
  7. Directs the opening and closing of individual games based on business levels.
  8. Maintains a thorough knowledge of games house rules and procedures covering each game within assigned pit(s).
  9. Explains game rules to employees and customers as necessary.
  10. Authorizes and supervises the Table Games fills credits and limits.
  11. Assures proper completion of currency transaction reporting paperwork as required by federal regulation.
  12. Rates customer table game activity and identifies high roller action as required by federal regulation.
  13. Ensures there is proper communication with staff between shifts and other departments.
  14. Ensures gaming activity is conducted in accordance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and Gaming Regulations.
  15. Maintains a safe work and customer environment while overseeing the investigation and resolution of all customer complaints and issues on their respective shifts.
  16. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
  17. Performs other duties including special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Word MS Excel MS Power Point MS Project.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Business is preferred or equivalent experience in casino operations hotel operations food and beverage or HR. One 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Decisionmaking organization and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking handson environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion such as frequent brisk walking climbing stairs crouching stooping bending stretching reaching pushing kneeling squatting and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties require lifting up to 50 pounds to stack store or move kitchen and restaurant supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve a flexible work week with additional hours routinely required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$60000 annually based on experience
