Join our client as a Financial Manager where you will have an impactful role overseeing the shared services functions across various regions. Responsibilities:
Lead management and oversight over shared services functions for Southern African regions.
Own and drive the financial business process ensuring excellence in financial governance and controls.
Collaborate closely with internal auditors and manage the audit process to achieve successful and timely completion.
Spearhead the training and development of staff within the team fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Ensure the maximization of intercompany cash collections and address audit deficiencies promptly.
Drive the GL close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
MustHaves:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree or equivalent.
Minimum five years in a financial accountant/management accountant role with post articles experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to SAP.
NicetoHaves:
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team leadership and development.
