Job Description
Searching for a Tax Director for a globally recognized brand!
They are a multinational food & beverage company headquartered in Chicago searching for a Global Tax Director. This position will head all the tax activities and help develop a worldclass tax function working closely with Senior Financial Leadership. This is a highly soughtafter executive position working at a wellknown reputable brand.
They are located in a premier Chicago building with all the amenities (including outdoor space) and working in a hybrid model. This company has the exciting feel of a startup with the backing (and great health benefits! of a multinational company.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate university degree: graduate degree (MST/MA/MBA) preferred CPA required.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in a medium to large corporate setting.
- Supervisory experience with a medium to large Tax Team including performance management training and development. Experience developing or growing a team is preferred.
- Experience with CPG or global matrixed manufacturing organizations is a plus
- Handson collaborative proactive transparent urgent and able to deal with ambiguity
