Oats Overnight is changing the way people eat breakfast and since launching in 2016 our high protein spoonfree oatmeal has been enjoyed by overcustomers. We are scaling quickly in both directtoconsumer and retail with the goal of becoming a household brand. We have endtoend control of all phases of the business producing and fulfilling the product inhouse which is extremely rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and is a tremendous advantage for our brand were able to give customers a behindthescenes look at what we do highlighting our people and process in content. Being vertically integrated also enables us to incorporate customers directly in the development process.

Whats The Job
The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for managing the checkin and checkout process for drivers scheduling inbound trucks handling paperwork and assisting on the warehouse floor with tasks such as labeling pallets. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills be detailoriented and have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Manage the checkin and checkout process for incoming and outgoing drivers ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Coordinate the scheduling of inbound trucks to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Print sign and maintain accurate paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Provide support on the warehouse floor when needed including tasks like labeling pallets and assisting with inventory organization.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate documents and be open to learning the Fishbowl inventory system as part of your role.
- SitDown Forklift Experience (Preferred) but not necessary.
- Experience with administrative or clerical work in a warehouse setting
What Youve Done and Who You Are
- Basic computer skills especially for document navigation. Ability to quickly learn new systems such as Fishbowl.
- Strong focus on accuracy and organization when handling paperwork and coordinating schedules.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus especially in logistics or inventory management though not required.
- Ability to assist on the warehouse floor when necessary including standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks like pallet labeling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and drivers.

Physical Demands
- Speaking: Constantly (investigates collaborating with multiple departments status updates via Slack instant message keeping key partners informed of daily progress of material request)
- Mobility: Frequent travel throughout the Oats Overnight 4 Facilities (walking in warehouse)
- Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product moving product)
- Lifting: Frequent Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
- Able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
