Job Description
Construction Staff Engineer Overhead Construction Projects
Location: Client Field Offices across New Jersey
Fulltime in office/field position
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10 hours/day)

Our expertise spans largescale infrastructure projects and programs including overhead and underground transmission and distribution projects.
We are currently seeking a Construction Staff Engineer to support overhead construction projects across New Jersey. The Construction Staff Engineer will provide both engineering and construction support for overhead transmission and distribution projects. This role involves working directly in client field offices ensuring seamless coordination between engineering requirements and construction . You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite engineering and construction support for overhead transmission and distribution projects.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to both engineering and construction aspects of the project.
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor construction progress addressing any issues or changes that arise in the field.
Regularly report project status challenges and recommendations to the Project Manager and client stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project reports tracking progress and key performance metrics.
Utilize Power BI or similar reporting tools to provide accurate and timely project updates to stakeholders.
Travel to various project sites as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Business or a related field.
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for travel to project sites.
Ability to work independently and in the field under varying site conditions.
Excellent communication problemsolving and project coordination skills.
