Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Define and drive positioning messaging and branding strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies for global growth.
Brand Management & Awareness:
- Enhance brand positioning and visibility through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch points.
- Leverage PR media and influencer marketing to strengthen brand reputation.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Drive digital transformation SEO SEM social media and marketing automation strategies.
- Oversee content marketing efforts including whitepapers webinars case studies and thought leadership initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics and AIdriven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee performance marketing content marketing and accountbased marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Use datadriven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Business Development Strategy & Event Management
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive market expansion.
- Identify and establish partnerships that support longterm business growth.
- Plan coordinate and manage highimpact industry events conferences and trade shows Booth designing
- Leverage events for brand visibility lead generation and relationship building
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 57 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading marketing initiatives in domestic and international markets
- Expertise in digital marketing demand generation branding and gotomarket strategies.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
