Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking an accomplished and strategic Logistics Engineer to join our leadership team. The Senior Logistics Engineer leads design development and integration of complex electrical/electronic engineering projects.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Performs information security tasks related to cyber security.
- Experience in heterogeneous computer networking technology and work in protocol and/or interface standards specification is preferred.
- Analyzes and resolves INFOSEC technical problems.
- Configures testbeds and conducts testing records and analyzes results and provides recommendations for improvements for the products/systems under test.
- Areas of focus include Guard Firewall Secure Network Servercomputer and network security solutions Smart Cards and emerging technologies and future trends.
- Supports the integration of INFOSEC solutions and technologies into networks with particular attention to protocols interfaces and system design.
- General experience includes system engineering; electrical design software engineering; program design and implementation; configuration management; or maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a US Secret level security clearance
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university (One academic year at an accredited college or university in an an accredited preferred degree program for one year of experience.
- Five years specialized experience including system security analysis and implementation; design assurance or testing for INFOSEC products and systems; integration or testing for INFOSEC products and systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical Electronic or Computer Engineering; Computer Science or related field.
