STV is seeking a Cost Change Specialist to support a $3$5 billion dollar project in managing cost changes and financial impacts for highquality infrastructure projects. This role will be integral in tracking change orders evaluating cost adjustments and ensuring compliance with project financial controls. The Cost Change Specialist will receive structured onboarding and mentorship to progressively build expertise in cost change management financial forecasting and compliance within the project.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage cost changes including change orders claims and budget adjustments.
Analyze cost impacts of project scope changes and provide recommendations for financial planning.
Ensure compliance with cost management policies and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with project managers estimators and finance teams to maintain accurate cost tracking.
Prepare cost change reports forecasts and variance analyses to support decisionmaking.
Maintain documentation and records of approved and pending cost changes.
Support risk assessments by identifying potential costrelated issues and mitigation strategies.
Utilize project management information systems (PMIS) such as eBuilder Kahua or Primavera Unifier for cost tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering construction management finance or a related field.
5 years of experience in cost change management financial analysis or project controls for infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in change management processes cost control methodologies and financial forecasting.
Experience with cost tracking tools such as Primavera P6 Deltek Cobra or similar software.
Familiarity with financial controls reporting standards and change management practices is preferred.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple cost changes and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
