Job Description
Small law firm specializing in Plaintiffs medical malpractice and personal injury cases has entry level position for receptionist/intake specialist. The perfect candidate will be motivated reliable have excellent computer skills be a great communicator and most importantly be a team player. Position pays $20/hour to start. Benefits of the position include health insurance life insurance parking retirement plan vacation sick time and paid holidays. Responsibilities
- answering phones greeting clients/visitors
- intake interviews with potential new clients
- tracking potential clients while their cases are being evaluated sending decline letters to cases the firm does not take on
- ordering medical records
- updating the case management system with information about new clients
- printing documents for attorneys
- dictation/transcription
- drafting/sending correspondence
Qualifications
- Spanish language is a plus but not required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- organized
- attention to detail
- positive attitude
- willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- punctual
