PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing forwardthinking highlevel administrative support to the National Organizing Director playing a key role in advancing Union priorities and ensuring seamless office operations. The role will also support the leadership body of the Organizing Department by facilitating group scheduling and meeting prep and followup for the Managing Director and Deputies. The role requires strong judgment confidentiality and professionalism while proactively managing tasks that facilitate key programs and projects. Building positive and productive relationships is essential to effectively supporting leadership and driving organizational goals.

DIRECTION AND DECISION MAKING:
This position reports to the Managing Director of the Organizing Department and frequently operates independently requiring a high level of selfdirection.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three 3 years of related work experience or a combination of education and experience that provides the following knowledge skills and abilities:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work in this position will generally be performed in an office setting. However the job may require work in other settings conducive to performing the tasks required to complete assignments. Must be available for travel including overnight stays. Travel and work beyond traditional business hours is required.
