Off the back of high client demand we are actively looking for resourcers to join our Contract team in London.
What will you be doing:
Building new and existing client relationships cold & warm calling
Face to face meetings with clients and candidates
Generate candidates through job ads headhunting and EC1s CRM system
Candidate interview prep and feedback
Working towards weekly monthly quarterly KPIs to achieve targets
Learning the 360 recruitment process from your peers around you
Building your own personal brand
What you will be bring:
Have experience in a recruitment or sales environment (preferred)
Be goal driven enthusiastic with a great mindset
Have an outgoing and confident personality who can lead their market
Professional ambitious and keen to provide first rate service to clients candidates and employees.
