Job Description
The Guidance Center (TGC) serves as the Community Mental Health Center for Leavenworth Atchison and Jefferson Counties in Kansas dedicated to providing highquality care to individuals regardless of their financial circumstances. Salary and Benefit Overview:
- This position offers a competitive annual salary of $101970 to $106970 based on experience.
- Regular Monday to Friday schedule during normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and upholds a robust Quality Assurance & Improvement program across the organization.
- Develops and manages risk management activities ensuring compliance with certifications and accreditation standards.
- Collaborates with the organizations HIPAA compliance officer.
- Reviews updates creates and implements policies and procedures.
- Oversees the adherence to policies procedures and directives to maintain accreditation standards.
- Maintains expertise in behavioral health services and service delivery.
- Serves as Corporate Compliance Officer conducting audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Leads the development of valuebased care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and financial sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION ANDLICENSURE:
- Masters Degree:
- The candidate must possess a Masters degree in Social Work Clinical Psychology or Professional Counseling.
- Kansas Licensure:
- In addition to the Masters degree candidates must be licensed by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as an LSCSW LCP or LCPC.
Alternative Consideration:
- Registered Nurse (RN):
- Licensure as an RN by the Kansas Board of Nursing is also acceptable.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum of two years of experience in Federal/State grant management Project Management or Operations of PatientCentered Care.
Preferred: Previous experience with a CCBHC and familiarity with SAMHSA standards.
