WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A RECEIVING SUBMISSION PROCESSING SPECIALIST:
- Receive customer submissions and verify shipment contents against submission forms.
- Accurately enter submission data into CCGs internal database system.
- Communicate with our internal customer service department to confirm or clarify submission information.
- Prepare submissions for internal production processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission handling.
- Maintain clean organized and compliant workspaces in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 12 years of consecutive work experience; prior receiving or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Customerfocused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk Trello or similar preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
