Supply Chain Planner Supervisor

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
- 2 years of supervisory.
- Proficient in production scheduling.
- Hands on IQMS ERP system experience.
- Analytical and problemsolving capability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Master Production Schedule shipping/receiving and the warehouse.
- Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
- IQMS superuser
- Collaborate cross functionally which includes the engineering sales and marketing teams on products and services.
- Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out ensuring efficient levels and cycle counts.
- Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
- Create purchase orders manage delivery and quality issues and participate in vendor audits.
