Position Overview:
Were seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth. In this role youll be instrumental in identifying and qualifying highpotential leads utilizing tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. In addition you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks including collections assistance.

- Enter new leads into the CRM (Salesforce) from multiple sources (i.e. Google Maps ZoomInfo LinkedIn)
- Research existing leads in the CRM (Salesforce) updating missing and inaccurate information
- Generate a lead score for new and existing leads measuring how close a fit the lead is to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure the accuracy of lead information passed on to them correcting any misinformation.
- Research facilities that generate high lead scores and have high estimated monthly recurring revenue to ensure the leads quality.
- Generate targeted lists of prospects for sales outreach.
- Perform collections duties such as following up on outstanding invoices and communicating with clients regarding payment status.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and other sales materials.
- Assist with data entry recordkeeping file management and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of direct sales and/or business development experience.
- Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Experience with CRM systems preferably SalesForce
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for targeted lead generation.
- Creativity and ability to develop outofthebox solutions to drive unique customercentric solutions.
