Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Assist with writing repair orders for Used Vehicles.
- Assist with writing repair orders for New Vehicles.
- Update Used Car department regarding repair orders.
- Follow up with the Used Car department when their specialorder parts arrive.
- Follow up with clients about surveys.
- Transfer phone calls to make service appointments.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge and experience of automotive products repairs and part.
- Possess mechanical and auto parts knowledge.
- Ability to understand sales training and new productinformation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Punctual reliable and must have good communication skills.
- Bilingual Eng/Spanish preferred.
- Nissan experiencepreferred.
- Service advisor experience preferred.
