Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cluster Management:
- Deploy manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of Kubernetes clusters.
- Perform regular upgrades and patch management for Kubernetes clusters.
- Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters and applications.
- Optimize cluster resource utilization including scaling applications and nodes.
- Implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting systems.
- Security:
- Implement security best practices for Kubernetes environments including network policies RBAC and secrets management.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Automation and CI/CD:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripts and tools.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kubernetesrelated issues.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
- Documentation and Training:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Kubernetes configurations processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on Kubernetes best practices and usage.
