Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients bookers and decisionmakers to secure corporate contracts and sell room blocks.
- Focus on B2B sales to negotiate and sign corporate agreements for room bookings and special rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of potential and existing accounts for targeted sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to customer needs and drive business growth.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Generate regular reports to track sales progress and performance.
- Improve efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing sales systems.
What were looking for:
- Strong relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in B2B sales (hospitality or corporate sales experience a plus).
- Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating lasting partnerships.
