At Anaplan we are looking for a COMMUNITIES MANAGERto join our diverse Operations Team within the Global Product and Technology Organization. The role is full time hybrid and based from York where you will connect with stakeholders across the company to drive centers of excellence (COE) collaboration consistency and . The COE Communities are new virtual teams encompassing Anaplan domain and application experts presales enablement and other gotomarket functions with the goal of accelerating our companys growth curve by developing deep expertise within the Finance Workforce Planning Sales Performance and Supply Chain domains.

Your Impact:
- Partnering with domain experts within our COE teams to establish a rhythm of collaborative updates information sharing and crosspollination of expertise and enablement materials
- Own a master calendar for ongoing engagement sessions between the domain experts and the enabling selling and postsales functions within Anaplan
- Create processes practices and culture for these virtual teams so they can function seamlessly in a matrixed fashion
- Building and maintaining COE Community dashboards landing page content and other assets to drive collaboration into the broader Anaplan organization
- Tracking and driving participation and engagement with the COE Community sessions and materials
Your Qualifications:
- Practical experience of delivering crossfunctional initiatives in a fastpaced setting
- Project or Program Management Qualifications (PRINCE2 PMP SAFE or other equivalent)
- Passionate about problem solving and making a difference
- Team focused enthusiastic approachable collaborative knowledgeable and flexible
- Strong history of using data to drive decisions
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead via influence in crossfunctional environments
- Excellent communication skills in particular communicating technical concepts between audiences of varying backgrounds
- Experience with change management in particular new process definition/rollout
- Knowledge of gotomarket processes and organizations
Bonus points:
- Experience of working with Atlassian suite products; Jira Jira Align & Confluence
- Experience with Sharepoint or other intranet technologies
- Formal Scrum or Agile Qualifications
- Experience with managing software delivery continuous integration and delivery pipelines
