Your Role:
As an AI Engineer youll contribute to designing and implementing AIdriven solutions. Youll work on projects that require both technical expertise and creative problemsolving collaborating with a team that values adaptability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Learning Development
Apply solid foundations in machine learning to develop models and algorithms.
Work with frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow or similar tools.
Explore and understand foundational models like BERT GPT or their equivalents with an emphasis on principles over implementation.
Project Contribution
Develop and showcase welldocumented thoughtful projects in AI and machine learning.
Highlight approaches to data processing and the reasoning behind solutions.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Explain the rationale behind technical decisions effectively.
Bridge the gap between technical concepts and business contexts for stakeholders.

24 years of relevant experience in machine learning or AI development.
Experience with PyTorch TensorFlow or other ML frameworks.
Strong understanding of mathematical fundamentals underlying machine learning.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing personal or professional AI/ML projects.

Clear documentation of project methodologies and learning processes.
Understanding of the differences between fundamental models and their use cases.
