In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of Apprentices and Trainees guiding them from their first steps to successful completion. Your work will directly impact their careers helping them achieve their dreams while fostering strong relationships with host employers and key stakeholders. You will guide a team of Apprentice and Employment Consultants ensuring they receive the necessary support to succeed in their roles and ensuring alignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate a dedicated team to deliver highquality services and ensure sufficient operations. Lead by example to motivate and inspire team member to achieve collective goals.
- Manage a caseload of Apprentices and Trainees and monitor their progress and performance providing feedback and support as needed
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business growth and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian Apprentices Host Employers Registered Training Organisations and other essential partners.
What You will Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and business development and a track record of managing a team
- A strong understanding of employment needs with apprentice mentoring experience highly regarded
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills youre a people person at heart!
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement
- Initiative drive and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
