LPN Qualifications:
- Current valid license as a LPNin the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an approved LPNProgram
- Certified to pass medications
- Current valid drivers license
LPN Job Duties:
- Provides nursing care for individuals with development disabilities in a group home setting with low ratio
- You will work as part of the interdisciplinary team for preventive care assess for illness/injuries maintain contact with physicians & family members
- Provide support to direct care employees related to the healthcare of the individuals
