Job Description
NiX is looking for a Senior UKG Integrator (Consultant) to join the team.
Our client is Spain based company delivering services to enterprises in the field of implementation customization maintenance and optimization of the UKG platform.
We are looking for the passionate and skilled engineer with handson experience who can hopon to the project and drive the process of platform integrations.
Objective:
Lead the implementation customization maintenance and optimization of the UKG platform (UKG PRO) to efficiently manage human resources payroll and workforce management processes ensuring organizational objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the implementation of UKG modules (Pro Dimensions Ready or others)
Configure the system according to organizational needs
Integrate UKG with other enterprise systems (ERP CRM etc. - Maintenance and Optimization:
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize UKG processes
Manage updates and new functionalities - Support and Training:
Provide technical and functional support to endusers
Train staff on proper use of the platform
Create and maintain user manuals and technical documentation - Analysis and Reporting:
Design and generate custom reports in UKG for data analysis
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the platform - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the system complies with local labor and tax regulations
Oversee data security and protect information privacy
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Human Resources Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 35 years working with UKG platforms (implementation support or administration)
- Experience in integration projects with other enterprise systems
- Experience in configuring specific UKG modules
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) and reporting tools
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as API and middleware
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication and training abilities
- Official certification in UKG products
- Certification in complementary tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
- Confident level of English for daily communication
