Were on the hunt for a bold creative Strategic Account Manager (SAM) who will be responsible for developing digital marketing recommendations and advertising campaigns that generate superior outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a motivated enthusiastic selfstarter who is a team player at heart someone who wants to win together.

This isnt just another job; its an exciting opportunity with WRBL and Nexstar Digital where youll craft custom digital marketing solutions designed to help businesses grow across multiple platforms. You will work with our Account Executives Local Sales Manager and Director of Sales to drive digital innovation in the market

  • What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that achieve client objectives and exceed personal team and company revenue targets.
  • Conduct indepth needs assessments and develop customized media strategies aligned with client goals target audience and budget.
  • Crafts indepth marketing strategies and breaking them down into simple understandable concepts.
  • Accompany Account Executives on fourlegged call situations
  • Drive digital revenue through our suite of Core digital and audience extension products.
  • Use data analytics to identify insights optimize campaign performance and provide databacked recommendations to clients. Continuously monitor KPIs and make datadriven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to copresent strategic proposals provide technical expertise and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Train and mentor AEs to enhance their understanding of digital products.
  • Potentially conduct educational forums / seminars for clients.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients highlighting key metrics insights and recommendations.
  • Manage order entry oversee billing reconciliation coordinate creative changes pull reports and handle digital task assignments efficiently.

  • What Youll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies platforms and tools to drive business growth.
  • 2 years of digital marketing or media sales preferred utilizing products such as CTV/OTT targeted video display email SEM social and more.
  • Selfmotivated enthusiastic personality able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact confidently with highlevel decisionmakers and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Willingness to learn and master inhouse sales systems.
  • Professional appearance is a must.
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.
