Job Description
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in consistently preparing food that customers enjoy. You may be the right person if you are a competent and experienced line cook who can ensure that our meals are made precisely to guest orders while still following our standard recipes consistently.
The job requires someone who can work a variety of stations and is skilled at poaching braising roasting grilling sauting and frying. To be successful you must be able to effectively communicate with other kitchen staff to keep things running efficiently but also have the ability to stay focused and productive when working alone.
