Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking interns to join the team this summer and learn all there is to know about the agency world. Interns will have the opportunity to observe and interact across all departments including Client Services Communications Creative and Operations to help deliver on projects for our clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observe and participate in department and agency meetings to gain a better understanding of the nuances of the agency
- Perform research and tasks on specified projects clients and/or industry topics
- Manage multiple tasks assignments and deadlines from more than one team member
- Capture review and share meeting notes
- Maintain effective constant open and positive communication both written and oral with all parties
- Determine specific aggressive trackable goal(s) to accomplish by the end of your internship
- Present a wrapup presentation of what you learned and accomplished to an internal agency team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of at least one internship
- Interested in pursuing a career in Marketing
- Commitment to an average of 15 30 working hours each week both in a remote and inperson setting
- Collaboration experience with group projects
- Finesse to accept direction/feedback and grow from it
- Established and effective oral and written communication skills
- Desire to learn about the Marketing industry
- Ability to plan and schedule tasks effectively arrange workload to get desired results allow flexibility in planning to accommodate changing needs and adapt well in unexpected occurrences
- Desire to take advantage of and seek out learning opportunities to gain insight and experience
