We are offering an exciting opportunity for an aggressive selfstarter who possesses dedication professionalism and true people skills. This is a fast paced business with a reputation for quality custom reports and outstanding customer service. We will provide on the job training for the right individual (MUST possess a TREC license) to joinour team as a part time inspector (which can lead to full time). All inspections are scheduled for you.Experience and qualifications will determine starting pay as our employee. There is a noncompete to sign. iPad provided. iPhone provided. Infrared and other equipment provided. Liability Insurance provided. Healthcare is not provided.
Job Requirements:
- TREC License required with designation: Professional Home Inspector. Apprentice license notaccepted.
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Excellent written verbal communication and listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
- Professional/Clean attire and appearance (Logo shirts provided)
- Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and vehicle insurance mileage paid at IRS rate of $0.67/ per mile 2024
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions climb ladders walk on roofs access crawl space enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
- Afternoon inspections go intoevenings so must be available for early evening hours.
- Availability to work every other Saturday or Sunday
